📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily resort operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and maintain resort facilities, including guest accommodations and common areas.
• Develop and implement sustainable practices and eco-friendly initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as environmental standards.
• Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Collaborate with the resort's management team to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or eco-tourism industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing resort operations and implementing sustainable practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and project management tools like MS Project.
• Certification in environmental management or sustainability practices is a plus.
