🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in career counseling or a related field.
• Certification in career counseling or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with career assessment tools and software.
• Knowledge of the Indonesian civil service system and its career progression paths.
