📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our online store on Shopify, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
• Handle product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing, to attract and retain customers.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure products are always available and stock levels are optimized.
• Provide exceptional customer service through WhatsApp Business and Instagram, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data using Google Analytics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive sales and customer engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Assist in the development of content for our social media channels to enhance our online presence and brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty or e-commerce industry.
• Proficient in using Shopify for store management and Google Analytics for data analysis.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and customer service principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
