📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and confirm reservations using ResDesk and WeChat.
• Provide exceptional customer service to Chinese-speaking guests, ensuring their needs are met.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in promoting the resort's amenities and special offers to Chinese-speaking guests.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of reservation policies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hospitality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in front office or reservation roles in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using reservation management systems like ResDesk and WeChat.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
