As an HR Assistant at Interisland Technology and Engineering, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our HR team. You'll assist with recruitment processes, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with local and international labor laws. You'll also work closely with our operations team to understand their needs and provide HR solutions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records using HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday.
• Handle employee relations, including grievance resolution and conflict management.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
• Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and leave policies.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and provide feedback to the HR team.
• Stay updated with local and international labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in the Construction or Oil & Gas industry.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
