📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.,Monitor and report any changes in the residents' health conditions to the medical staff.,Prepare and administer medications as prescribed by the doctor.,Promote a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.,Encourage residents to engage in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.,Maintain accurate records of residents' daily activities and health status.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care for residents.,Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in elderly care or a related field.,Certification in elderly care or a similar healthcare field is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English.,Compassionate and patient attitude towards the elderly.,Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is a plus.,Valid work permit for Indonesia is required.
