J&T Express is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Real Estate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scouting and identifying strategic locations for our warehouses and drop points across Jakarta Utara. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential locations for warehouses and drop points.,Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the feasibility of locations.,Negotiate with property owners and stakeholders to secure leases or purchase agreements.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition and setup of new locations.,Monitor and maintain existing warehouse and drop point locations.,Develop and implement strategies to expand our network of locations.,Maintain accurate records and reports of all activities and transactions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate or a similar field.,Strong knowledge of Jakarta Utara's real estate market.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with logistics and warehouse operations is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
