In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Design and implement training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring they are engaging and informative.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide support and guidance to junior training officers and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
