In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing accurate financial reports. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and payment.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Prepare and present financial reports to management and external stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and other team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations in Indonesia.
