📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage the accounting department and oversee the work of junior staff,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management,Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures,Manage vendor and customer accounts,Provide training and support to junior accountants

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations
