📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide expert design advice to customers to help them create beautiful and functional living spaces.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the interior design industry.
  • Create and maintain a portfolio of design projects to showcase our work and attract new customers.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network with potential customers and partners.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing principles and practices.
  • Ability to travel as needed to attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.
