📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure high-quality food and beverage service, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage service, and inventory management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment is a plus.
