Easy Life Jaya is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a proven track record in managing warehouse operations. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records and adherence to company policies.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse operations and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
