📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.,Provide technical support to employees, ensuring they have the resources and assistance they need to perform their jobs effectively.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.,Implement and maintain security measures to protect the company's data and systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats.,Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the IT infrastructure.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT systems.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
