Go Home Mandiri is looking for a dedicated System Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems and a passion for problem-solving. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Kuta, Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.,Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and followed.,Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.,Conduct regular system audits and report findings to management.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless system operations.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and tools.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is a plus.
