Base Crystal Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team. We are a growing company in the Deli Serdang area, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and wants to make a difference.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our purchasing processes, ensuring that we have the right materials and supplies to meet our production needs. You will work closely with our suppliers and ensure that we are getting the best possible prices and quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage purchasing processes and ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities.
  • Assist in the development of purchasing strategies and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal departments.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to supplier locations as needed.
