📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee all procurement activities, including purchasing, inventory management, and supplier relations.
  • Develop and maintain procurement strategies and policies to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of quality products and services.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that procurement needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry and regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
