PT Mulya Langit is seeking a dedicated Learning Development professional to join our team in Sleman. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for continuous learning and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design courses to address those needs.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain records of employee training and development activities.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed.,Provide guidance and support to employees on their professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other HR software.,Certification in learning and development or related fields is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
