📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and contribute to the overall success of the store.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Maintain excellent customer service and handle customer complaints and concerns effectively.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to support the store's overall goals.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, as well as customer relationship management.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
