📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse activities, and transportation coordination.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics and supply chain management.,Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and development.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and production, to ensure seamless integration of logistics activities.,Conduct regular reviews and audits of logistics processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards related to logistics and supply chain management.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
