📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and effective food preparation.,Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality in the kitchen.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to meet customer demands and preferences.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies to maintain optimal kitchen operations.,Train and develop kitchen staff to improve their skills and performance.,Monitor kitchen performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and productivity.,Ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-maintained at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.,Valid food handling certificate and any other relevant certifications.
