📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations.,Perform and supervise a variety of laboratory tests and analyses.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians.,Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the laboratory environment.,Manage laboratory supplies and inventory.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely test results.,Participate in quality control and assurance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Lab Technician or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and regulations.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.
