The ideal candidate should have a strong background in laboratory techniques and a proven ability to manage and mentor a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure adherence to safety protocols.,Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians, providing guidance and support.,Perform complex laboratory tests and analyses with high accuracy and precision.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.,Conduct quality control checks and ensure the accuracy of test results.,Train new employees and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.,Manage inventory and ensure the availability of necessary laboratory supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or Laboratory Science.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of lab technicians.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and equipment.
