In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and a passion for optimizing warehouse efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.,Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records are maintained using our inventory management system.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage stock levels and ensure timely receipt of goods.,Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.,Conduct regular inventory audits and physical counts to verify the accuracy of inventory records.,Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely and efficient ordering of inventory.,Monitor inventory levels and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management best practices and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse operations and processes is a plus.,Proven track record of improving inventory management processes and reducing costs.
