📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Ensure the accuracy of financial records and reports.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information.,Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior finance staff.,Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS standards.
