📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution of products to ensure timely and efficient delivery.,Oversee the daily operations of the distribution team, including scheduling, routing, and vehicle management.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on distribution performance and key metrics.,Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and streamline distribution processes.,Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the integrity and safety of our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using distribution management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards.
