📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily cash handling and ensure accurate financial transactions.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.,Monitor cash drawer levels and report any discrepancies to management.,Prepare and process end-of-day reports accurately.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Promote sales and upsell products to increase revenue.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.
