📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the assigned retail outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to improve service quality.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights for decision-making.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their performance and development.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is an advantage.
