As a Junior Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and motorcycles.,Ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition and ready for use.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure efficient use of company vehicles.,Oversee the driver's schedule and ensure they are following company policies and procedures.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff members as needed.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles are compliant with safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
