📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safety and efficiency of all operations,Supervise and manage a team of pilots and crew members,Maintain and inspect aircraft to ensure compliance with safety regulations,Coordinate with air traffic control and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Participate in training and development programs for pilots and crew members,Monitor and report on operational performance and safety metrics

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Aviation or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the aviation industry,Valid pilot license and certifications,Proven track record of safety and operational excellence,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Familiarity with hybrid work arrangements
