Sehati Eko Bakery is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. As an HR Staff, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including discipline and grievance procedures.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
