📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues.,Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
