Sehati Lestari Restaurant is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and organizational development needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
