As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.,Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Coordinate with managers to ensure a positive work environment and address any employee concerns.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training and development programs.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
