📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure cost efficiency and availability of ingredients.,Collaborate with management to develop marketing strategies and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback to improve service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
