📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the hotel's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.,Provide financial advice to the management team and support decision-making processes.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.,Oversee the collection and payment of all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
