📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee all financial, accounting, and tax processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's business objectives.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Manage the payroll process, including tax withholdings and compliance.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting and tax, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including VAT and income tax.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is a plus.
