📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist Sales Consultants in achieving sales targets by providing guidance and support.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor new Sales Consultants to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term business partnerships.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales software.,Familiarity with the retail industry and market trends is a plus.
