🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with common IT support tools and software.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic understanding of IT security principles.,Fluency in English is a plus.
