📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and process optimization.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of operational staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.,Handle operational issues and escalate them to the appropriate management level as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Experience in a hospitality or service industry is a plus.
